\n\u00a0de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration qui aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 per\u00e7ue pendant le cong\u00e9 si le salari\u00e9 avait continu\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler (r\u00e8gle dite du \u00ab\u00a0maintien du salaire\u00a0\u00bb). C\u2019est le mode de calcul le plus avantageux pour le salari\u00e9 qui doit \u00eatre retenu.
