\n\u00a0Absence du salari\u00e9 en cas de maladie d\u00fbment constat\u00e9e par un m\u00e9decin ou en cas d\u2019accompagnement dans le cadre d\u2019une \u00e9vacuation sanitaire d\u2019un enfant \u00e0 charge, du conjoint, du concubin ou du partenaire li\u00e9 par un pacte civil de solidarit\u00e9\u00a0;
