La proc\u00e9dure \u00e0 suivre est la suivante\u00a0:
\n\u00a0R\u00e9diger un contrat de travail (obligatoire dans certains cas pr\u00e9cis)\u00a0;
\n\u00a0Remplir et transmettre \u00e0 la Caisse de pr\u00e9voyance sociale (CPS) le formulaire de d\u00e9claration nominative pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 l\u2019embauche (DPAE) au plus t\u00f4t dans les 8 jours qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent la date d\u2019embauche\u00a0;
\n\u00a0Faire faire une visite m\u00e9dicale au salari\u00e9 avant son embauche ou 30 jours au plus tard apr\u00e8s son engagement\u00a0;
\n\u00a0Inscrire le salari\u00e9 au registre du personnel\u00a0;
\n\u00a0Le d\u00e9clarer \u00e0 la CPS.
